About Men Evolving Now

Men Evolving Now is a space, where men can show up as who they really are and where they can find out, how they want to show up in different situations: in the job, with their friends, in their relationship, and in the world in general. It is a series of experiential workshops that involves reflecting on themselves and becoming part of a community of men interested in personal growth. We bring psychological knowledge and understanding, but we don’t have premade solutions. Together as a community, we will create a space to support each man in finding his own solutions to the challenges in his life.
