Men Power

Masculinity needs rediscovering. The myths of Manliness have changed from those of valour and commitment to stories about villainous men trying to destroy society. Modern Society has lost touch with the evolutionary and biological forces which make us who we are. Men Power attempts to explore the reasons for what men are and should be. We try to correct the mismatch the progress has created between our bodies and minds by discovering what men can do to feel more integrated into modern society, to feel more round of being male and counteracting the labels of "toxicity" associated with being male. We suggest some common pitfalls which men and boys are particularly susceptible to and suggest ways in which you can effectively improve physical and mental health. Men need to rediscover themselves and embarking on a journey to do so is not a sign of weakness but rather a manifestation of your strength and discipline to commit to grow and develop.
