MEN7ella is a community-based initiative dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and wellbeing. From a Gender Lense, we aim to gradually dissolve rigid gender bias in Lebanon.
We provide digital and physical mental health packages, training sessions, starter kits, and a platform that aims to get people together and create a compassionate community.
Our goal is to break cultural and societal barriers that restrict university students and high schoolers, specifically males, from expressing their emotions and seeking mental help.
We have won several awards, including the TAQA Youth Wellbeing Championship by INJAZ Lebanon & UNICEF, and were ranked among the top winners in the National finals of YLP8 by UNDP. We are also listed among the star student-led initiatives with MEPI-TLS program.
