Welcome to Men & Mountains. The concept is simple. As professional men and business owners there’s a tendency to prioritise all of our commitments to everyone and everything else before thinking about ourselves and our own needs. Men and Mountains isn’t about trying to restore balance. It’s simply about once per month, taking some time out, getting outdoors with other good quality likeminded men, having a walk and talk and creating new connections and friendships. Being outdoors connecting and contributing to community of men is a great way to slow things down, address any ‘mental pebbles’, de-stress and cultivate positive mental wellbeing.
