Menara JLand - Johor's first green certified building in the city centre Menara JLand is a 37-storey Grade A office tower comprising of 30 levels of offices and a 7-storey retail podium known as Komtar JBCC and boasts an observation deck at the top floor offering a truly spectacular 360 degree view of downtown Johor Bahru.
