At Mend, we: 📏 MEASURE + IDENTIFY: Calculate ESG impact data -- including greenhouse gas (GHG) footprints, labor practices, responsible business practices -- and identify and prioritize an organization’s material impacts on the economy, environment, and people through stakeholder engagement, materiality assessments, and review of pertinent internal documents and data 🧠 STRATEGIZE: Work with clients to develop an ESG strategy and create a roadmap to reduce negative impacts (through clean energy technologies, supply chain engagement, material efficiency/low carbon materials, circularity, multi-stakeholder collaborations) and to meet their goals 🛠️ IMPLEMENTATION: Support implementation of an ESG strategy by tracking progress, improving data management, change management, employee and stakeholder training, and crafting internal and external communications that people can grasp 📈 REPORTING: Develop compelling ESG reports aligned with SASB, GRI, TCFD, CDP and other reporting frameworks 🔍 MONITOR REGULATIONS: Track legislation/regulation, including EU legislation (e.g., CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy), state-level legislation (e.g., climate disclosure, extended producer responsibility, due diligence), U.S. regulation (SEC Climate Disclosure Rules), worldwide green claims laws, and more If Mend could be of service to you or your organization, please message us with any questions or to talk further!
