📏 MEASURE + IDENTIFY: Calculate ESG impact data -- including greenhouse gas (GHG) footprints, labor practices, responsible business practices -- and identify and prioritize an organization’s material impacts on the economy, environment, and people through stakeholder engagement, materiality assessments, and review of pertinent internal documents and data
🧠 STRATEGIZE: Work with clients to develop an ESG strategy and create a roadmap to reduce negative impacts (through clean energy technologies, supply chain engagement, material efficiency/low carbon materials, circularity, multi-stakeholder collaborations) and to meet their goals
🛠️ IMPLEMENTATION: Support implementation of an ESG strategy by tracking progress, improving data management, change management, employee and stakeholder training, and crafting internal and external communications that people can grasp
📈 REPORTING: Develop compelling ESG reports aligned with SASB, GRI, TCFD, CDP and other reporting frameworks
🔍 MONITOR REGULATIONS: Track legislation/regulation, including EU legislation (e.g., CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy), state-level legislation (e.g., climate disclosure, extended producer responsibility, due diligence), U.S. regulation (SEC Climate Disclosure Rules), worldwide green claims laws, and more
