It all starts with an individual assessment, followed by a personalised treatment and health plan designed by our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologist Exercise Physiologists are trained to provide exercise and lifestyle instruction for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and management of chronic conditions. Our Exercise Physiologists conduct 1-on-1, small and large group sessions. Our Dietitians all have extensive experience in helping you get the best out of your nutrition and make long lasting changes without impacting your lifestyle. We also specialise in counselling patients with a variety of medical conditions. At MEND, we look after you from injury to recovery, and finally to prevention and long-term health. Staffing only Allied Health Professionals, we are experienced in the treatment and prevention of injuries, management of chronic diseases as well as individualized exercise training programs. MEND has been built for those who want to improve their health but are not sure about where to train or need expert supervision and guidance to achieve the best results, or for people with injuries or suffering with recurrent or long-term pain. Be it training or in a health class, our gym strives to always give our patients access to a allied health professional to insure correct technique and choice of exercise. Our promise to our clients is that they will always train safe, secure and supervised in our gym or in our Clinical Reformer Pilates classes run by our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.
