Exercise Physiologists are trained to provide exercise and lifestyle instruction for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and management of chronic conditions. Our Exercise Physiologists conduct 1-on-1, small and large group sessions.
Our Dietitians all have extensive experience in helping you get the best out of your nutrition and make long lasting changes without impacting your lifestyle. We also specialise in counselling patients with a variety of medical conditions.
