This hashtag represents our passion for spreading positivity that is going on in Indonesia, which means to decorate (Mendekor) Indonesia, thus making it a better place. The concerning situation towards Indonesian craftsmen became the main reason behind this huge idea of Mendekor, where many of them are unable to compete in today's market due to the limitation that they have. We try our best in helping local craftsmen to overcome these situations by improving their earnings.
In September 2019, Mendekor together with Lindungi Hutan planted more than 300 mangrove tree seeds in Jakarta to make Jakarta greener and to return what we had borrowed from our nature.
March 2020 acts as one of the biggest leaps for us where Mendekor established the first-ever library/reading park for children together with the help of Taman Bacaan Pelangi in Sumba Barat Daya, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Literature became an important subject in shaping the creativity and success of oneself.
