Mendez Engineering was founded on January 10, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas by Ray Méndez, PE, CFM. Our firm is a Minority/Veteran Owned Small Business based here in San Antonio, Texas with 8-years of experience in San Antonio and its surrounding area. As a young emerging firm our firm’s president has over 23-years of experience as a civil engineer and project manager. Mendez Engineering is a visionary, strategic engineering and consulting firm serving the comprehensive needs of clients in civil engineering design, construction management, planning, and land development. State Certification: The South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency has also certified Mendez Engineering as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and a Disadvantaged Business Entity (DBE). Federal Certification: The U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs Center of Veterans Enterprise has certified Mendez Engineering as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
