Menin, Inc. provides acquisition, development, re-development, leasing and property management services for ‘Class A’ retail and mixed use properties across the U.S. on behalf of two family office investment groups. Founded in 1985 in New York City and headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida, Menin Development has acquired and developed in excess of $1 billion of property in South Florida, Phoenix, New Orleans and throughout the Mid Atlantic and Southeast. Menin has won design accolades on several of its projects, and its properties are known for their design aesthetic and the relationship between properties and the communities they serve. In 2014, Menin began shifting its portfolio away from large scale suburban retail and mixed use developments. Today, Menin pursues a combination of urban commercial and mixed use projects in South Florida along with select single tenant acquisitions in upscale markets nationally. Menin currently operates in South Florida, Phoenix and New Orleans.
