We have been training the volunteers as psychosocial supporters and provide a social media men’s community where they get to exchange and share views with each other to empower themselves. The common topics of mental health issues are: depression, anxiety, stress, self-care, socialization, relationship issues, conflict resolution etc. The founders are mental health researchers and advocates and the lead team members who are trained in psychosocial support skills. They will try to listen to the men and refer them to the appropriate mental health services. Please note that currently we are not providing any emergency mental health support such as dealing with suicidal thoughts. We are trying our best to ensure that in the future we have more resources to handle emergency cases. However, for the time being, we can suggest you suicide hotlines that you can look into.
