Driven by a desire to empower dancers struggling with self-doubt, I pursued an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, leading to my personal practice. My focus is on fostering self-confidence, guiding dancers to take charge of their careers and find greater satisfaction. My coaching style is transformative and human-centered, blending active listening with new perspectives and thought-provoking insights. I aim to promote mental resilience, psychological flexibility, and focus. My sessions are action-oriented, leaving clients with practical steps towards personal growth and achieving their best selves.
