Mental Snapp

Mental Snapp is a private media diary service for anyone actively managing their mental health, free to download on the App Store and Google Play. Mental Snapp helps people to manage their mental health by providing them with a space to reflect on their mental health, a means to create change, and a way to raise their confidence. Our users report that they feel kinder to themselves as result of regular recording and 100% of our users say that Mental Snapp helps them reflect using the recognised benefits of journalling, rating mood and naming feelings. We have had a successful independent evaluation of the impact of using Mental Snapp conducted by London Southbank University, featured in press and broadcast media, and been mentioned in the Houses of Parliament as an example of positive user led innovation.
