Mental tag

There is nothing called perfect mental health. We always face good and bad situations daily with stress. Perfect mental health is said to be a condition where we don’t have any stress or anxiety or mental illness. We can’t say that, life is said to be a graph of ups and downs and we always have downs to teach us how to be stable at the top. So we refer to perfect mental health as a state where we are mentally strong enough to be stable even in the worst situations and try to be positive to find a solution tension-free. “So start your happy life today, just because you want it and be kind to your mind”
