MINT-PSYCH PAKISTAN

Member of the Mental Health Intervention & Navigation Team (MINT-Psych), a psychological well-being organization. MINT-Psych works both remotely and on-ground in Pakistan to provide mental health support, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to vulnerable communities. Through teletherapy, community outreach programs, and awareness campaigns, the organization addresses mental health stigma, trains local responders, and improves access to care—especially in remote and underserved regions.
