The Men-Tall Health Club Charitable Trust

The Men-Tall Health Club Charitable Trust is a Whangarei-based organisation dedicated to improving men’s mental health and well-being. Established in 2018, we provide peer support groups where men can connect, share, and speak openly in a safe space. Our mission is to #changethenarrative around men’s mental health, breaking down the stigma around vulnerability and encouraging open conversations. Through our weekly meetings, workshops, and community outreach, we’re building a space where men feel supported, understood, and confident to seek help. Our goal is to prevent suicide and help men build healthier relationships with themselves and those around them.
