Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, we own and operate a modern, fully certified and equipped manufacturing facility in Mumbai, India. We are a Contract Manufacturer of CNC Turned and Milled (Machined Parts) from Stainless Steel Bar Stock (round, hex, and rectangular). We also have extensive experience in manufacturing high pressure components for applications exceeding 60,000 PSI. Our partial customer list includes Parker, Crane, Meggitt Control Systems (Aerospace), Ametek and Accudyne. We are very well versed in high precision, tight tolerance machining and are able to meet extremely stringent burr and finish requirements. Mentco has been machining Stainless Steel fittings and components for 60,000 psi applications for over a decade. Traceability is strictly maintained. Our manufacturing facility is strategically placed for third party testing and outside processes. We routinely save our customers 25% - 50% over domestic suppliers. Mentco utilizes a combination of ocean freight, air freight and courier services to have product available to our customers to meet their demand and their inventory metrics. We also offer Kanban Programs both from our location in Mumbai or our warehouse in San Antonio, TX.
