Mentecomportamento

Mentecomportamento (Mindbehaviour) is an association of cognitive-behavioural psychotherapists, which has created a network of clinical psychologists offering their services in Italy. All members of Mentecomportamento follow the same theoretical approach, the cognitive behavioural models, in offering their services of counselling, assessment, psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation and forensic psychology. Our mission is explained in the following points: • Offering clear and correct explanation of the psychological diseases and of the psychotherapy to non –experts people; • Illustrating efficacy of the therapeutical approach, based on research provided by National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (Superior Health Institute) or the most recent studies; • Offering psychological services such as: counselling, assessment, psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation and forensic psychology. • Offering a service data collection and data analyses for institute and companies which aim to test satisfaction of their products. Mentecomportamento is actually present in 14 Italian regions, as shown by the map, and it collects 20 psychotherapists. One of our goals is to cooperate with institute and companies. Mentecomportamento can easily collect behavioural and self-report data, coming from different part of the country, providing sample that well-represent Italian population. In addition, our website is visited by approximately 200 people every day which means that we can easily collect online data.
