At Mentee, our mission is to provide accessible near-peer coaching for students to develop essential life skills for high school success and beyond. We believe the strongest student-coach relationships are built on relatability and shared experiences. That’s why we use advanced matching technology, considering student psychology, demographics, and personal goals, to connect students with personalized peer coaches. Our dedicated coaches take the time to get to know each student, helping them set both short-term and long-term goals using a vision board. After visualizing each student's unique definition of success, our coaches design engaging activities such as fun quizzes, visual mind mapping, and structured self-reflection to help achieve these goals.
