Mentlance

mentlance is a youth-led nonprofit project creating space for the things we don’t always say out loud—mental health, quiet thoughts, and the messier parts of being human. it started with a need to feel heard. so we built something gentle—newsletters that read like journal entries, podcasts that feel like late-night talks, and events that hold space instead of filling it. we’re not here to fix anyone. we’re here to talk, listen, and remind each other that healing doesn’t have to look perfect—it just has to be real.
