Mentmore Studios refurbishes, manages and sub-lets commercial property to companies in the creative and hospitality industries. Our current premises are a 30,000 sq ft property between Walthamstow and Leyton in east London. We refurbished the property extensively in 2016 splitting the building into 7 smaller units. It is now let to various companies on 5 year leases. At that time Mentmore Studios was a shared creative workspace that rented desk spaces to small creative businesses and sole traders. Over the years Mentmore Studios has been home to more than 100 creative businesses including illustrators, architects, photographers, textiles artists, product designers, ceramicists and many more.
