We have given Mentoring Sessions to hundreds of our Client's Executives, and we have been able to see the improvements. Having an Internal Mentor is crucial for Executives, and having an External Mentor can round the improvement process. An external Mentor is an independent voice outside the scope of action, and Mentees can release ideas without fear of retaliation.
