Mercalex scp (Mercalex.®) is business and legal consulting firm created in 2018 and incorporated under Congolese Law as a professional service company (Société civile professionnelle, ‘scp’ – RCCM: CD/BKV/RCCM/18-D-049). As a full-service consulting firm, MERCALEX assists its clients in complying with legal and regulatory requirements, overcoming challenges in their day-to-day management, exploring opportunities in both the local and global markets, implementing and achieving their business/organizational goals, optimizing their performance, and ultimately creating sustainable value.
Mercalex focuses on Africa, most notably on the OHADA and the East African Community (EAC) regions.
