Currently Mercurius has investments in over 35 inland waterway barges, double hulled chemical tankers, container barges and special purpose barges. The services that Mercurius Group provides range from design and building of inland waterway barges, venture capital, the Mer-Franchising system, management support to inland shipping companies (Finance / HR / Technical / Safety / Operational), freight forwarding and logistical services. All these activities are in the hands of a single cluster of shipping companies, thereby creating optimal synergies.
