MERCURY Project Dynamics

The first question is: what is a project or when am I working on a project? In PHALANXES methodology the basic question is: do we start a new project or take over an existing project? The composition of the PHALANX differs greatly by answering these initial questions . To set up a new project you need quite different specialists and a different project management approach than when an existing project is taken over. Until 2013 PHALANXES preferably worked with Prince2 for setting up a new project and Scrum for existing projects . But these methods do not always provide the desired result . It is complex to manage a project and monitor the project dynamics . Therefore PHALANXES developed the project management methodology Mercury ™! Mercury ™ is a project management methodology in which a standardized toolkit follows project dynamics without losing the initial project scope out of sight.
