Merdec Chain Scrapers are suitable for various types of rectangular settling tanks and our components can also be used in many existing systems in the market. Our chain scrapers can be provided as top, bottom, 4-shaft, 3-shaft or multi-layer scraper systems for many types of applications such as wastewater treatment, DAF, desalination or water treatment. Merdec ME-Retractable Cover is made of special fabric material that act as a barrier to keep off harmful gases from passing through. These covers are also equipped with advanced UV inhibitors. They incorporate a specialised weave design that provides maximum strength-to-weight ratios. They are resistant to a wide range of chemicals and offer good dimensional stability under high loads and temperature variations. ME-Retractable covers are suitable for rectangular tanks and are custom designed as per site requirements. Local conditions such as wind, rain or inside facility air quality standards are all taken into account. Operator friendly design enables the operator to conduct routine inspections, and O&M activities smoothly. Both, auto and manual operation are available.
