Merecs Engineering specializes in test automation, software development and the manufacture of turnkey test benches. We develop high-quality system solutions for our customers for automated tests in the areas of production, validation and product development. In this way, we make a decisive contribution to the continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of our customers' production and testing processes, thereby increasing their competitiveness. Thanks to the work of our highly qualified and experienced team, we are able to provide the best possible systems to generate and automatically analyze the relevant test data and information about single devices under test, test batches as well as production and test processes. In consultation with our customers, we integrate the test systems into their IT infrastructure by creating interfaces to databases and ERP systems in Germany and abroad. Merecs is one of the largest service providers in North Rhine-Westphalia for the further development of customer-developed testing software as part of hourly-based projects. As a long-term partner, we advise on test strategies, design test frameworks and continuously optimize and maintain them. We have been a certified NI Alliance Partner since 2014 and integrate measurement technology and software from the American manufacturer. On the software side, we rely on NI-LabVIEW, NI-TestStand, Python and Embedded C/C++ and on the hardware side, we integrate NI products in combination with parts from other manufacturers such as Beckhoff. As a member of the item pluspartner network, Merecs also takes on projects in the field of contract assembly of machine frames, workbenches, automation solutions and lean production applications in series.
