Utilizing the multi-faceted skill sets and relationships of our General Partners, we will seek to partner with management to enhance operating procedures & efficiency, develop and augment talent, grow existing and new market share, and capitalize on new and / or under-served market opportunities. Our name, Meritas, is derived from merit and Caritas. Merit means our firm focuses on companies with commendable qualities and our goal is to achieve excellence. Caritas is charity in Latin and refers to our commitment to the community. Our firm grants 5% of profits annually to organizations in WNY focused on creating opportunity for the underprivileged including education and employment
