Budva – Avala Hotel / Casino Avala: The management contract for the Casino Avala - located on the most beautiful coast of Montenegro – has been signed – opened in March 2016. New investments in near future are: CROATIA As the only entity that has multi city/multi casino license in Croatia, several casino projects are expected to be realized by the end of Q3 2016. Dubrovnik – Rixos Libertas Hotel : The pre-agreement for management has been signed, will begin by the end of Q2 2016. Split – Le Meridien Lav: The pre-agreement for management has been signed, expected to be realized by the end of Q3 2016.
