Our first product, The Merkhet, provides a safe, precise, and easily integrated auto-leveling pyranometer base. The Merkhet is simple to install and map into your existing PV plant, with no additional wiring for power or data required. The Merkhet reads inclinometer data from the Solar Trackers on site and is programmed to self- level via modbus protocol when the inclinometer reports a value of 0. It then reports its position back to SCADA. This unique self-leveling capability provides unparalleled accuracy of the site pyranometers' irradiance measurements. And thus for the first time, Solar Power Plant Owners and Operators can have full confidence in the pyranometer data being reported - without the associated risks and costs of continual human or manual intervention.
