We are Meron, a 3rd wave coffee company born in Transylvania. We are a team of coffee roasters and baristas that cherish the coffee and the people behind it. We are a passionate team that runs 19 bars, 1 roastery and numerous partnerships as coffee beans suppliers for other specialty coffee shops. We are a coffee lab, a roastery, a space for coffee & people development. Sourced from all over the world, roasted in Transylvania and enjoyed by you. Every cup of coffee tells a story about the farmers that cultivate coffee from generation to generation, about the roasters, about the baristas and, last but not least, about the community that enjoys it. From farm to cup, we constantly contribute to the growth of the specialty coffee industry - through our way of sourcing, roasting, brewing and sharing the coffee to the world. The farmers we work with, our team and the people that drink our coffee are our mirror. That’s why we are on a mission to support the growth and education of the specialty coffee community. As a roastery, we aim to highlight the native quality and complexity of the coffee crops, showcasing the work of the farmers. We roast coffee for our coffee shops, for our business partners that appreciate specialty coffee and for people from all over the world that brew their coffee at home.
