The Law Firm Mesa & Mesa was established in 1964. As the Dominican economy grew, during the mid eighties, our office diversified it’s action camp, going from a small legal practice of helping people with legal problems in civil, commercial or land law, to providing a service oriented in helping Dominican and foreign businesses and enterprises with their legal needs, this is how our office specializes in corporate law, which covers: industrial property (registered trade marks, commercial names, invention patents, etc.), intellectual property (author’s rights), corporate organizations; labor law, amongst others.
