We showcase European food and a selection of wines from different regions. Wine is thought to have originated in Georgia, from where it was brought into Lebanon, Israel and Iraq, where the ancient civilisations of Egypt, Mesopotamia and Babylon existed. Trade by the Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans spread wine around the Mediterranean. Food and wine developed complementing each other, enabling the great and varied cuisines of each country to develop from this common past. Our wine selection comes from internationally reputed vineyards, based on our belief that every individual has different tastes and preferences, and we do not believe that there can be a set formula. We want every guest to create their own journey of exploration from our menu along with our wine. Keeping this in mind, we have designed a menu in which the food and wine go hand-in- hand, allowing patrons to embark on a unique gastronomical voyage. Our highly trained service executives will serve your choice of premium dishes in the free-flowing style designed by our chef, Sandeep and his team. According to him, ingredients and food should not be restricted, so his menu is an expression of his philosophy of “ingredient driven cuisine”, where each ingredient is given a platform to shine individually.
