The MESCA Foundation is based on the belief that people can make a difference in the world by pooling their knowledge and skills. Our mission is to help people in need, empower them to improve the quality of their lives and achieve more.
The foundation was established in 2021 in Switzerland, and in Uzbekistan it started its activities in 2022. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the MESCA Foundation in Uzbekistan is philanthropist and entrepreneur Bakhtiyor Fazylov.
MESCA (Medical Excellence and Science in Central Asia) Charitable Foundation is a non-government foundation engaged in charitable sponsorship of medical and clinical research and other initiatives aimed at developing and improving public health and access to healthcare in the regions of Central Asia.
