MESCİOĞLU ENGINEERING was founded by Ayhan Faruk MESCİ in 1984 and has been offering services in mapping, engineering, surveying, photogrammetry and supervision and consultancy of infrastructural projects including railways and highways for more than 30 years. As implementing the biggest project (Kulu Ayr. - Aksaray - Ereğli Ayr. - 216 Km) issued in Turkey by General Directorate of Highways as well as the bridge, viaduct and tunnel projects, Mescioğlu continued to grow and was entitled to manage 60% of traffic regulation and intersection projects of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in the past 10 years. With reference to the successful implementation of the Supervision and Consultancy Services for Ankara(Esenkent)-Eskişehir Railway Rehabilitation Project which is The First High Speed Train Project in Turkey and Supervision and Consultancy Services for Adana Railway Project, Mescioğlu also gained extensive experience in supervision of infrastructure and superstructure projects. Moreover, Mescioğlu has also carried out transportation master planning and water resources management projects which are essential necessities of our country. 80% of the workforce in photogrammetry services in Turkey has been undertaken by Mescioğlu as of April 2014. Some examples are: “Production of 1/1000 and 1/5000 scaled orthophotos and revision digital photogrammetric maps for Istanbul City” and “Production of 1/1000 and 1/5000 scaled orthophotos in the region of Bursa City Borders.” As being the leading firm in the sector with our technical capabilities in our services, quality procedures and our corporate culture based on trust, our aim is to continue to excelerate our client satisfaction.
