We work directly with the key ship owners and fish factories in order to have the utmost control over the products, treatments, glazing, etc. and thus be able to offer a full range in both species and finishes and formats. Our client is the wholesaler and our obsession is to make available to them the best products from the sea of the five continents: as well as Asia, we work with products from the best origins such as Tunisia, Namibia, Argentina, New Zealand, etc.
