The Spanish word Mestiza, relates to a mixed ethnicity, and it is especially significant for our creations, where the different single origin cocoa bean chocolates as well as global non-geographically-generic ingredients come together to create something special and unique.
Our creations have been prepared around the complexity of simplicity and unpretentious authenticity, where no artificial flavourings nor disguising colourings have been used, so the culinary experience can be as natural and fresh as you can get it.
