History and Founders The Meta-Coaching Foundation (MCF) was co-founded by L. Michael Hall, Ph.D., and Michelle Duval. The foundation serves as a pillar for the vision and mission of Meta-Coaching, supporting the continuous development and excellence of coaching professionals worldwide. L. Michael Hall, Ph.D. Dr. Hall is a distinguished modeler of self-actualization excellence within individuals, groups, and organizations.
