I’ve gained experience through pioneering initiatives, success and failure, coupled with self-learning and all the coaching and mentoring I have received. After years of personal and professional development, I was able to create my own Success-DNA Talent Attraction Blueprint, which focusses on attracting, developing and retaining top talent from across the industry, whilst ensuring alignment with Board-level and Business Objectives.
