Meta Talent was launched by me to help Start-Ups and established Enterprise Technology companies with Executive Search, Organisational Design and Staffing. Specifically, I focus on building Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Field and supporting teams across EMEA and APAC. The work I have done over the last 6 years is proven and has contributed towards building multi-million-dollar subscription-based software businesses. I’ve gained experience through pioneering initiatives, success and failure, coupled with self-learning and all the coaching and mentoring I have received. After years of personal and professional development, I was able to create my own Success-DNA Talent Attraction Blueprint, which focusses on attracting, developing and retaining top talent from across the industry, whilst ensuring alignment with Board-level and Business Objectives. My target markets are Pre-IPO USA Cloud Start-ups who want to build a successful software subscription business in EMEA & APAC, as well as British technology seed-stage companies, who need a success driven organisational blueprint, to compete commercially.
