METAL PROCESS SERVICES LIMITED is an Aviation & Aerospace Engineering company based out of Pinxton, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom. We provide the Aerospace, Oil, Gas, Biomedical, Textile, Automotive and Construction industries with advanced thermal spray and coating services for critical components from 1mm to 2m in diameter. A wide range of plasma, oxy-fuel powder and oxy-fuel wire coatings can be applied to complex components in order to offer exceptional wear, corrosion and thermal resistance in the most demanding high temperature applications. Our thermal spraying process enables metallic, ceramic, cermet and plastic coatings to be precisely and consistently applied without raising bulk component temperature above 150°C. We can also undertake dry lubricant, polyurethane and enamel spraying alongside water based corrosion resistant coating. In addition, we recently bought Grindrite Ltd, now Grindrite MPS Ltd. This allows us to exploit expertise in machining, grinding and non-destructive testing to deliver proven, single-source solutions that help to minimise the lead times and costs of every project.
