We are now looking to increase our asset base as we believe that the correction in the London property market has now ran its course and we are going to see a return of the supply/demand dynamic heavily affected again by a lack of stock. We are always interested in speaking to investors who would like to invest in upcoming projects. Although we are primarily developers, we will from time to time, help project manage projects for clients who share our ethos of a lack of compromise on the final product.
