Metalstyle S.r.l.

Founded in 1971 by the Durst brothers, the company began as a workshop specializing in the production of luxury and design components for boats. From its inception, the company experienced rapid growth in both product range and client base. In 1999, Metalstyle was acquired by Luca Biagi and his brother, who brought a renewed focus and energy to the business. Under their leadership, the company expanded significantly within the nautical sector, introducing new components and transitioning from aluminum to mass production in stainless steel. In 2006, Metalstyle acquired Metallart, a historic company renowned for its expertise in manufacturing gasoline tanks, doors, and handrails. This strategic acquisition further broadened Metalstyle’s product offering. Over the years, the company has continued to evolve, designing and manufacturing increasingly complex and refined products such as watertight fire doors, watertight fire hatches, pantograph doors, and hinged doors. In 2024, due to a significant increase in demand, Metalstyle acquired a new warehouse to support its growing operations. Later that same year, the company became part of the Polish-based Kotniz Group, completing its range of stainless steel components for the nautical industry. Kotniz is a large, family-owned enterprise specializing in the mass production of stainless steel accessories, with particular expertise in sliding door systems. Today, Metalstyle operates out of two facilities in Italy. The main site consists of approximately 600 square meters of covered space and an additional 500 square meters of open area. The second facility includes 450 square meters of covered space and 400 square meters of open area. The company employs a skilled workforce of 22 individuals. Thanks to continuous investments in CNC machinery and the high level of specialization among its personnel, Metalstyle is able to deliver high-quality, custom-made products tailored to the specific needs of its clients.
