Indonesia is a very large maritime country, but its potential fish resources, which reach 12.54 million tons per year, have not been fully absorbed and distributed properly. Many underdeveloped coasts in Indonesia have problems with limited electricity, which makes it difficult to manage post-catch marine products, high costs, and high carbon emissions in traditional post-catch fish management using diesel energy. Meta Seaco Indonesia is a startup in the agritech sector that builds solar-powered mobile refrigerators for post-catch management of marine products in underdeveloped coastal areas. Meta Seaco Indonesia continues to optimize to increase transparency and cost efficiency, as well as better environmentally friendly energy, by continuing to innovate in the development of mobile refrigerators and traceability systems for marine products from upstream to downstream, thereby creating a healthy, efficient, and safe fisheries ecosystem.
