metaSysX GmbH, a metabolomics and systems biology company, is a spinoff from the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Plant Physiology (MPIMP), Potsdam-Golm, Germany located in the GO:IN Incubator next to the Max Planck Institute. The founding of metaSysX was induced by the increasing demand of industry for a competent and comprehensive fee-for-service in the field of metabolomics, systems integration and mathematical modeling. metaSysX offers one of the most comprehensive metabolomics technologies worldwide directly mirroring leading edge metabolomics platforms developed for academic research at the MPIMP in the group of Prof. Dr. Lothar Willmitzer.
