Founded by degree (MSc) qualified, BANT Registered Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, mindset coach and healthy foodie Minna Wood, and based in Bracknell (Berkshire UK), MetaWell has been supporting individuals with chronic gut issues, low mood, low energy, inflammatory health conditions and menopausal symptoms since 2017.
