Hi, I am Lena, the founder of Metaworks Coaching. I offer bespoke coaching, yoga and mindfulness workshops and individual practice to private clients and companies. I am passionate about empowering others lead a more fulfilling life through the use of mindfulness practice.

Having worked in international commercial roles within the corporate sector for over 14 years in the UK, Spain and France, as well as in a variety of Spanish, French and English conversation teaching roles including teaching children, young adults and business executive both in the UK and abroad.
I have also developed mindfulness based initiatives for charities and individuals, which comprised of running workshops and developing on going mentoring.
On a personal level, I have used mindfulness to handle conflict and create more balance in my own life. I bring this experience to my courses and individual coaching sessions.
I am passionate about empowering others in a similar way which is why I have created Metaworks Coaching.
