Hi, I am Lena, the founder of Metaworks Coaching. I offer bespoke coaching, yoga and mindfulness workshops and individual practice to private clients and companies. I am passionate about empowering others lead a more fulfilling life through the use of mindfulness practice. Mindfulness can help individuals: - Reduce stress and anxiety - Improve their ability to respond and self-regulate when faced with adversity - Increase resilience - Improve decision making - Transmute negative emotions - Form better relationships - Live life congruently with in line with your true values - Improve health and wellbeing Having worked in international commercial roles within the corporate sector for over 14 years in the UK, Spain and France, as well as in a variety of Spanish, French and English conversation teaching roles including teaching children, young adults and business executive both in the UK and abroad. I have also developed mindfulness based initiatives for charities and individuals, which comprised of running workshops and developing on going mentoring. On a personal level, I have used mindfulness to handle conflict and create more balance in my own life. I bring this experience to my courses and individual coaching sessions. I am passionate about empowering others in a similar way which is why I have created Metaworks Coaching.
