They entered the Retirement Living Sector servicing several Village operators with interior and exterior refurbishments including extensions on existing properties, façade and landscaping remodelling. New Retirement Village Developments have played a very big part of Metcalf Groups (SA) services to national and private operators including sourcing suitable and available land, concept to design and construction of new Retirement Estates. They have also been operators and owners in their own right of several villages over the years including extending and revamping their existing stock. Metcalf Group (SA) have successfully expanded their construction portfolio to include the Residential and Commercial Sector with new home construction, renovations and extensions. Commercial and Shop Fit-Out projects with Government and private sector including Project Management have also provided many opportunities for Metcalf Group (SA). Metcalf Group (SA) offers up to 30 years of experience and proven success, backed by an exclusive work guarantee in the construction fields. We are highly specialised in Custom Built homes and have recently completed several projects for local and International Investors. These projects can and have consisted of developing multi-site dwellings or single dwellings. Sites sourced can be vacant land or land with dwellings to be demolished. Metcalf Group (SA) has recently ventured into the Disability Sector constructing Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes for the disabled to live as independently as possible under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). The NDIS is an Australian Government Funded scheme for the next 20 years and supports the disabled sector to live independently within the community.
