METHEN is a Greek brand born in Athens during the financial crisis with the purpose of capturing the real Athenian essence. A brand that combines timeless design with contemporary and relevant touches into a minimal and modernist product, METHEN makes clothing that will age with you.
Founded in 2014 by George Soumpasis, Mary Giatra-Ritsou and Tasos Papageorgiou, ME THEN started out with a line of graphic T-shirts and sweatshirts, and in 2016 the brand released its first collection. Soon after Art Director Stavros Billionis and former Head designer Stefanie Biggel joined the brand. Currently, METHEN is composed of a small team that handles its operations and guides its creative vision.
The METHEN headquarters are located in Athens, Greece, however, the brand operates in an international spectrum. Starting from its SS20 collection, METHEN decided to set its showroom in Paris, France, where it hopes to continue to grow, by expanding its connections with customers and the retail network.
Currently, we have stockists in Athens, Tokyo, Paris and Berlin. In order to maintain our global reach, we provide international shipping for all orders placed through the present website. We want to be close to you, our customers, no matter where you are in the world.
