Metro Hydraulics, established in 1983, delivers hydraulic expertise to the manufacturing, mining, and shipping industries through design, manufacture, sales, and service of hydraulic systems. Over nearly four decades, we have partnered with Australia’s leading companies in sectors like industrial, mining, construction, and marine, providing complete hydraulic systems, including power units and cylinders, as well as system refurbishments and upgrades. Our skilled team also offers on-site hydraulic equipment service, supported by a full after-hours team and mobile service vehicles. Notable projects include tunneling machinery overhauls, aluminum smelting, marine deck control systems, and hydraulic solutions for government and industrial clients, including traffic control and cement manufacturing. We operate from two locations: Smithfield, Sydney, and Mudgee, serving western regional customers. These workshops are equipped with advanced technology, including an 80kW test rig and a high-torque hydraulic cylinder disassembly bench. Supported by long-standing financial partners, Commonwealth Banking Corporation, we aim to expand services in alignment with growth in mining and engineering sectors.
