Metrocem Auto Bricks

With an automatic brick manufacturing factory that produces various quality bricks to meet the local demand, Metrocem Autobricks Ltd. started its journey. The annual production capacity of the project in a 3 shift basis is 1.50 corer pcs per annum. The Project has been set up with Chinese machinery and equipment using modern kiln technology. The erection, commission & test run of the project is completed by the local erectors under the supervision of the machinery supplier. The plant has started its operation in mid-2006. In the 1st year of operation it is in operation utilizing 60% capacity and in the 2nd year & 3rd year the plant operated at 75% and 80% capacity accordingly. With its eco-friendly bricks production plants, Metrocem Auto bricks ltd. focuses on providing the world with a solution from air pollution. Instead of using tire, coal low-quality oil, we use soft fuel technology gas and high-quality coal dual fuel.
